Tablecloth Manufacturer with a Wide Variety of Products |
Meiwa Gravure is the company that first commercialized gravure printing on plastics in Japan. Through its core
technologies for mold printing and photo engraving, it has
developed into a unique corporation that provides various
products such as tablecloths, window film, furnishing materials,
construction materials, electronic parts, agricultural materials,
and also medical supplies. having the top market share in the
world. Furthermore, the company started to work toward
internationalization in its early days, and established PT. Meiwa
Indonesia in 1972, a manufacturer now supporting key local
industry with over 2,500 employees. At the same time we
have beefed up international sales system and are exporting
interior products to U.S.A., EU, Middle East and Asia.
The company produced a number of new products,
including its revolutionary technology for mold printing, and
succeeded in industrializing PVC laces in 1962; as a result, its
business performance jumped 100-fold within 10 years.
Recently, the company made inroads into the fields of
electronic equipment and mobile phones, and manufactures
key sheets, cushion materials to protect mobile phones and
decorative additions (names/logos made from "soft
diamond"). These products are greatly appreciated by
customers.
Lately, the company has developed the world's first
technology for non solvent and water based gravure printing
on plastics. This development was born in response to current
environmental issues, and has drawn a great deal of attention
from the medical and food industries.
In addition, Gyoda plant has newly installed purification
device of exhause gas that contains solvent. In this way, we
are aggressively grappling with environmental concerns. We
instituted a rigorous quality control system, ISO9001:2000
that was certified in 2004 to ensure continuous improvement
in quality.
Meiwa group has been at the forefront of our industry for
more than half a century and always strive to provide new and
latest products, technologies, services, and also new value. |
